A 5K in 92 Degrees ~ YUCK!
Andrew had another cross country meet today...luckily it was a home one so we did not have to travel very far. The weather was AWFUL to run a 5K but all of the kids did a really good job. I was dying just watching the kids I cannot imagine how they must have felt! Both the boys and girls won so it was a great meet despite the unfavorable weather. The next meet is on Saturday and hopefully the temperature and humidity will be lower.

Yuck! At least he got thru it.....and the weather IS supposed to get cooler (or SO the weather dudes say). We will keep our fingers crossed.
WOW! I still can't get over the fact he's in high school!
Good luck tomorrow! We have our first soccer game and season opening football game Saturday! The weather here has actually been very, very fall-ish...in the 60's during the day and breezy. I wish more stuff like this for you all--it's nice!!
